WEDDINGS - TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 

All weddings and events require a non-refundable deposit of 25% of your quote. Payment of this deposit means you have agreed to our Terms and Conditions. The acceptance of the Terms and conditions and deposits paid guarantee the date is booked.

 

Changes to a wedding order must be made at least four weeks before delivery. At this time all details are final.

 

The balance is due and payable in full two weeks before the date of the event.

Should you need to cancel your wedding booking, you will need to notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellations 60 days prior to the event date will incur no further fee, however, your booking deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations after that time frame ie: 60 days from the date of the wedding, will incur a further 25% cancellation fee. Any cancellations 2 weeks prior to the wedding date are required to be paid in full by the due date.

 

We are sometimes able to offer to transfer your wedding booking to another date, subject to availability. Should you need to change the date or postpone the date of the wedding; you will need to inform us in writing. Should the “new” date be available, we will confirm with you in writing. Should the date not be available, you will forfeit your deposit. Date changes may also incur extra charges which will be communicated.

 

Please note that these Terms and Conditions are still current and relevant during Covid-19.

ORDERING:

Ordering from Alanah Conner's shop page is very easy. Make your selection from our collection of products, add them to your cart then from your cart you can checkout and enter your payment and delivery details.

You will be emailed a confirmation shortly after your order is placed. Please contact us if you think there has been a problem with delivery and we will follow this up for you.

SHIPPING:

We ship throughout Kaikoura and surrounding districts, some dried products can be sent throughout New Zealand but will need to be arranged via email. We offer different shipping options for different areas within Kaikoura and Canterbury as well as a pickup option from my studio.

DELIVERY AREAS:

  • ​Kaikoura township

  • Outer Kaikoura, Hapuku etc

  • Canterbury/Christchurch

 

FRESH FLORAL DELIVERY INFORMATION:

  • Images on the website are examples only, each bunch or arrangement will be beautiful and unique with seasonal differences subject to availability.

  • We will work our hardest to keep the designs true to the images on our website.

  • Due to the geographical location of Kaikoura and surrounding districts please order FRESH FLOWERS 48hrs in advance. (Flower auctions are twice weekly, flowers are delivered to me, fresh on the day of the auction, and are dispatched as quickly as I can, but those 48hrs are often needed.)

  • If you are having an emergency just flick me an email and I will do my best to fill your order depending on what flower stocks I have on hand.

  • All dried florals can be dispatched within a quicker time frame within our operating hours.

 

OUR GUARANTEE:

We guarantee the quality, freshness, and value of all our flowers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our team immediately to discuss a refund or replacement. Contact must be made within 12hrs of the product leaving our store.

All photos on our website are examples only and are subject to seasonal availability. We reserve the right to make substitutions where necessary whilst maintaining the value of your order.
